- Capillary Action and Wick Calibration: We utilize specific wick diameters tailored to the surface area of each vessel. This ensures a consistent “melt pool” that reaches the edges, preventing “tunneling” and maximizing the longevity of the wax.
- Fragrance Load and Flash Points: Each scent is formulated based on its specific flash point. We ensure the fragrance oil concentration is chemically bonded with the wax at the precise “pour temperature” to prevent oil separation or “bleeding.”
- Cold and Hot Scent Throw: Our technical curing process allows the scent molecules to stabilize within the wax matrix. This ensures the candle performs effectively both when unlit (cold throw) and during the evaporation phase (hot throw).
